I can't take prescribed sleeping pills because they tend to make me oversleep, wake up with a horrible headache or some other intolerable side effect. The last time I went to see my doctor she mentioned that she uses the over the counter sleep aid with Diphenhydramine HCl (which is similar to Unisom) but much cheaper.
